Available Grants
Home Buyer Booster: Get up to $2,500 to cover legal and administrative costs when buying property.
Deadly Deposit Grant: Receive up to $10,000 to match the deposit you've already saved.
AHO Tenancy Plus Grant: Up to $20,000 in co-contribution for eligible long-term AHO tenants.
Eligibility
These grants are available to social housing tenants (either AHO housing or other social housing) who are looking to purchase a home.
To qualify for any of these grants, you must be an Aboriginal person who:
Has saved at least $1,000 towards a deposit
Has a maximum individual or combined annual income of $200,000 or less
Currently lives in New South Wales (NSW) and is buying a property in NSW
Does not already own a residential property
Has not qualified for the Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) Remote Indigenous Home Loan package

You might qualify for multiple grants, and your application will assess your eligibility for every possible combination.
Social housing tenants could be eligible for both the Home Buyer Booster Grant and the Deadly Deposit Grant.
AHO tenants might qualify for the Home Buyer Booster Grant as well as the AHO Tenancy Plus Grant.
